Alan The Yogi

Alan has been practicing yoga for more than two decades and has experience with Vinyasa, Bikram, Ashtanga, and Aerial yoga styles. He is a 200-hour certified instructor, trained in Fluid Yoga, a form that emphasizes alignment and safety through hands-on adjustments and assists, and has been teaching since 2016. In addition to teaching, Alan is a member of Bhakti Collective, a group of musicians that create improvised soundscapes during special yoga classes throughout New England.

Greet the Day!
This 30-minute session opens with breath work, continues with warm-up stretching, and concludes with a brief guided meditation to prepare you for the day ahead. Greet the day refreshed, focused, and energized. 

Strong Foundation 
These 75-minute classes offer Vinyasa-style flow, breath work, and postures, with focus on alignment and safety. Appropriate for all levels, this course works especially well for folks new to yoga, just establishing their practice, or for more experienced yogis looking to hone the fundamentals of any yogic practice.
